  • - stj: in pCarlsberg ebenfalls stj: "Duft". In pMoskau steht swḥ.t: "(Herrscher schon im) Ei".
    - ṯꜣs.w: in pPetersburg und pCarlsberg als Singular geschrieben, obwohl ḥqꜣ.w in pMoskau und pCarlsberg pluralisch determiniert ist (teilweise zerstört in pPetersburg). In pCarlsberg mit einer Graphie, die an ṯꜣz.w "Befehlshaber" erinnert, in pPetersburg vielleicht eher ṯzi̯.w: "Unterstützer".
    - r ṯsi̯.t: von Quack als Substantiv aufgefaßt wegen des Parallelismus mit r ꜥḥꜣ im nächsten Satz. Ein Substantiv ṯz.t ist nicht in den Wörterbüchern verzeichnet und von den meisten Übersetzern wird hier mit Infinitiv übersetzt. Außerdem ist unsicher, ob überhaupt ein Parallelismus vorliegt, denn r ꜥḥꜣ (und in pCarlsberg nur ꜥḥꜣ) steht eher parallel zu ṯs.w bzw. ṯꜣz.w.
    - Vernus übersetzt diesen und den nächsten Satz als zwei Wechselsätze: "De même qu'il a fait pour eux un souverain grâce au parfum, / Un soutien voué à venir en soutien dans le dos du faible, / De même il a fait pour eux la magie comme arme / Pour repousser le coup de ce qui advient, / Ce à quoi on doit veiller de nuit comme de jour."
