Die Anbindung der beiden Kartuschennamen ist unklar und schwierig. Möglich ist die Annahme eines Vokativs, da es ja eine Rede der fremdländischen Großfürsten ist. Kitchen und Davies schließen sie hingegen genetivisch an die zerstörte Bezeichnung für Ägypten an ("with Egypt of King NN").
