  • jri̯.w oder eventuell jri̯.t wird unterschiedlich aufgefaßt. In tCarnarvon II ist sfnw eine Personenbezeichnung "der Brutale, der Grobian" und ist jri̯.w ein sḏm=f Futur oder jri̯.w/t eine Relativform (so Vernus). Parkinson übersetzt vielleicht mit einem Partizip aktiv im Adjektivalsatz. Als Partizip aktiv kann man auch übersetzen in der Konstruktion "(in die Rolle des) Hartherzigen auftreten". In pAmherst XII+XIII ist sfnw ein Abstraktum und wird jri̯.w ein Partizip aktiv sein.
    Man vergleiche die Übersetzungen:
    - "L'homme dur cause la fin de sa vie" (Posener);
    - "The man who afflicts is making the end of his own life" (Parkinson);
    - "Ce que fait l'impitoyable: la fin de sa vie" (Vernus).
