  • wörtl.: Lege deinen Hinterkopf zu diesen vielen Worten, die fern davon sind, sie anzuhören (oder: ..., die im Sie-Hören begriffen sind).

    wꜣi̯ r: siehe Quack, in: LingAeg 3, 1994, 59-79, der dieses Beispiel nicht aufführt. Er hält die Konstruktion wꜣi̯ r: "sich entfernen von" für ein Sprachtabu, wobei "fern davon sein, etwas anzuhören" bedeutet, daß es gerade gehört wurde. Franke, in: GM 165, 1998, 51-56 möchte bei der wörtlichen Bedeutung "sich entfernen zu" bleiben. Dann muß man n.tj (ḥr) wꜣi̯ r sḏm=w lesen: "die sich entfernen zum sie hören", d.h. "die im Hören begriffen sind; die man gerade hört". Vernus hat noch eine weitere Interpretation: "qui sont (trop) éloignées (de la vérité) pour qu'on les entende".
