- jw: Die meisten Autoren gehen von einem mittelägyptischen Hauptsatz aus. Allen, The Art of Medicine, 60 übersetzt mit einem Umstandssatz: „... when Osiris is on the water, Horus’s eye with him, and the great Scarab spread over him.” Die Lesung von r als jw wird bestätigt durch Parallelstellen, in denen m=k statt jw steht oder in denen keine Partikel vor Wsjr vorhanden ist (s. Belege bei Gutekunst, Textgeschichtliche Studien zum Verjüngungsspruch, 152).
