  • - jri̯ 〈m〉 ꜥ.wj.du =fj: In der Textparallele pChester Beatty VIII, Rto 5.7 steht jri̯ s.w=fj mit dreimal Stoff-s, was Gardiner, Chester Beatty Gift, Tf. 41, Anm. (a) zu Rto 5.7 als Fehler für ḏbꜥ.w, d.h. "O Thoth, who made his fingers!" erklärt. Gardiner, Chester Beatty Gift, 107, Anm. 17 meint aber, dass in beiden Texten die Präposition m fälschlicherweise fehlt und nicht "O Thoth, who made his hands!" zu übersetzen ist. In pChester Beatty IX, Vso B4.6 ist es möglich das die w-Schlaufe bei jri̯ eine Fehllesung des m ist, denn in Vso B3.9 ist das Verb jri̯ in j Ptḥ jri̯ nṯr.w ausschließlich mit dem Auge geschrieben worden.
