  • ḫr=s r tꜣ wird üblicherweise als Umstandssatz aufgefasst, der die Zehe weiter beschreibt. Auffälligerweise beginnt das eigentliche Rezept jedoch mit einem kontingenten Tempus, so dass man sich fragt, ob etwas ausgefallen ist oder ob man ḫr=s r tꜣ eher als uneingeleitete Protasis eines Konditionalsatzes interpretieren sollte, vergleichbar mit dem Paradigma gmm=k ... ḏd=k r=s: „Wenn du findest ..., sollst du dazu sagen ...“ u.ä.: „Wenn er zu Boden fällt, dann sollst du ihm ... machen“. Diese Art der Einleitung wird aber eben üblicherweise mit gmm=k begonnen, dem das eigentliche Symptom folgt, so dass eine derartige Interpretation den vorliegenden Satz nicht weniger auffällig machen würde.
