  • - ḏd=f r jwd ...: Nach der Präposition r folgt eine substantivische Konstruktion: Entweder ist jwd ein Infinitiv (so Breasted, Ebbell, Lefebvre, Bardinet, Allen; auch Sanchez/Meltzer?), oder es ist ein substantivisches sḏm=f (so Grundriß IV/1; Westendorf, Papyrus Edwin Smith; Westendorf, Handbuch Medizin; Brawanski). Westendorf macht letztere Konstruktion in seiner Übersetzung sichtbar: "Er (?) sagt (es) zu (dem Umstand, dass) ein Wirbel seines Nackens von seinem zweiten sich gelöst hat, indem das Fleisch, das darüber ist, unversehrt ist." Die gleiche Konstruktion begegnet in Kol. 4.14 (ḏd=f r šmi̯=f/šm.w=f), Kol. 7.13 (ḏd=f r ḥns), Kol. 11.7 (ḏd=f r hrp ṯꜣz ...) und Kol. 11.14 (ḏd=f 〈〈r〉〉 ḫr ṯꜣz ...).
