  • wḥꜥ=k nfr: Vgl. Mathieu, S. 34, dessen Übersetzung "bon retour" besser zur Bedeutung von wḥꜥ passt als das meist übersetzte "Willkommen" o.ä. (z.B. Fox: "Welcome home"). Entsprechend ist auch der Eintrag bei Hannig, HWB, 2. Auflage, S. 224, Nr. 8087 zu korrigieren. Richtig auch Vernus, S. 72 "Adieu!" und in der zugehörigen Anmerkung 47 auf S. 178: "Littéralement: 'Bonne séparation!'".

    dnj.t msḏr.t ist sicher eine Verschreibung. Die Zeichengruppe aus dem Ohr, dem t und dem Ideogrammstrich dürfte nicht "Ohr" zu lesen sein (so Fox, S. 75), weil dann das Verb undeterminiert wäre. Vielmehr scheint der Schreiber an das Verb dn, Wb V 463, 6 bzw. (j)dn, Wb I 154, 1-4 gedacht zu haben, zu dessen Determinativen eben das Ohr gehört. Dies hat dann vermutlich in einem weiteren Schritt zur Entstehung des überflüssigen Wortes geführt. Mathieu dürfte den Sinn mehr getroffen haben, als er annahm, es läge die Verbindung dnj m, Wb V 464, 15-16 vor (vgl. auch eine ähnliche Vermutung bei Fox, ebd., Anm. c).
