  • Gardiner (DZA 50.217.530) übersetzte: "(...) seine Nahrung, (darüber) sind die Herzen froh", Kitchen, RITA, S. 208: "when it is eaten, hearts are happy". Anstelle von Gardiners komplexem Adverbialsatz und Kitchens grammatisch problematischem Konditionalgefüge liegt vielleicht eher ein emphatisches präteritales sḏm.tw=f vor (dazu J. Winand, Études de néo-égyptien, Bd. 1, La morphologie verbale, Liège 1992 [AegLeod 2], S. 310-312), dessen Adverbiale der folgende Umstandssatz ist (dazu v.a. P.J. Frandsen, An Outline of the Late Egyptian Verbal System, Copenhagen 1974, S. 194-224, jeweils "Function C"). Zur Möglichkeit, die Nilflut (ḥꜥpj) zu essen (wnm), s. die Stele Turin 3032 aus dem ramessidischen Grab TT 322 (DZA 22.388.440): jni̯ ḥꜥpj n wnm sw: "der den Nil zu denen bringt, die sich von ihm nähren".
