    ꜥḫ.w-Krankheit: Massard, pLeiden I 343 + I 345, 50-52, leitet ꜥḫ.w von ꜥḫ "Feuerbecken" und ꜥḫj "verbrennen" ab und deutet das als Fieberausbruch. Bardinet, in: RdE 39, 1988, 14-15, folgt dem. Die ꜥḫ.w-Krankheit steht in enger Verbindung mit der (vorderasiatischen) samanu-Krankheit, s. die Anmerkungen zu Spruch 21. Möglicherweile handelt es sich auch um deren ägyptische Entsprechung, vgl. Westendorf, Handbuch Medizin, 66, Anm. 86 und 87.
