Die ꜥḫ.w-Krankheit steht in enger Verbindung mit der (vorderasiatischen) samanu-Krankheit, s. die Anmerkungen zu Spruch 21. Möglicherweile handelt es sich auch um deren ägyptische Entsprechung, vgl. Westendorf, Handbuch Medizin, 66, Anm. 86 und 87.
