Mehrere Autoren (Breasted; Grundriss IV/1; Westendorf, Papyrus Edwin Smith; Westendorf, Handbuch Medizin; Allen) übersetzen mit "sein Kopf", d.h. sie fügen implizit oder explizit ein Suffixpronomen tp=〈f〉 hinzu. In der nächsten Zeile und in Glosse A (Zl. 4.13) steht tatsächlich ẖr jnm n.j tp=f, was diese Ergänzung unterstützt, zumal auch im Titel weiterer Fälle das Personalpronomen vorhanden ist.
