  • Zu dieser Korrektur siehe Erman, Sphinxstele, 437. Diese wurde im Nachhinein weitgehend übernommen, aber wiederum von Cannuyer, in: VA 1, 1985, 84 kritisiert. Beylage, Stelentexte, 74 mit Verweis auf Cannyer liest ḫwi̯=sn, und bezieht das Pronomen 3.Pl. auf die nicht explizit genannten Priester von pr=n n nʾ.t. Auch Bryan, Thutmose IV, 146 mit 148 Anm. l. 12 hält an ḫwi̯=sn fest: „that they may set aside offerings“; zuvor bereits Wilson, in: Ancient Near Eastern Texts, 449.
