Wenn du ihn untersuchst, nachdem dies getan wurde, (und) findest du diese seine Krankheitserscheinung leidvoll/schmerzend vor wie zuvor, bereitest du ihm folglich wirksam(er)e Mittel, so dass es (d.h. die Krankheitserscheinung?, der Klumpen?) abgeht (und) er gesund wird:

  • mj jm.j-ḥꜣ.t: Westendorf, Handbuch Medizin, 583, Anm. 51, hält diese Adverbiale für einen Querverweis auf ein früheres Rezept, nämlich Eb 188, das erste Rezept dieser Rezeptgruppe. Möglicherweise ist aber auch schlicht gemeint, dass ein neues Mittel bereitet werden soll, wenn das vorige nicht gewirkt hat und das Leiden eben "wie zuvor" da ist. Dies steht zugegebenermaßen in einem gewissen Kontrast zu der Glosse, die dieses Rezept als "gut" kennzeichnet.
