  • Meeks (Mythes, 133-143, Anm. 453) hält es für sicher, daß die hier erwähnte Pflanze ḏsr nicht mit der Wb V 617,7 genannten ḏsr,t identisch sein könne. Er führt aber nur 3 Stellen aus der griech.-röm. Zeit an (Edfu und Medamud), bei denen die Endung auch weggefallen sein kann. Überdies bleibt seine Vermutung, daß es sich um Flachs handle, rein spekulativ, da ein Wort für Flachs mḥꜥ,w (vgl. Wb II 121, 4-7) auch noch koptisch gut belegt ist (vgl. KHB 110).
