  • sfḫ.ḫr dürfte mit Sethe, Erläuterungen, 87 ein unpersönliches sḏm.ḫr=f sein. Während er ḫꜣs(=)f als Stativ deutet, ist es nach MedWb 2, 649 ein Substantiv. Grundriß der Medizin IV/2, 30, Anm. 5 sieht darin ein vorangestelltes Subjekt und vergleicht mit dem Beredten Bauern, 187-188 (alt = 218-219 neu): sꜣ Mr.w tnm.ḫr=f: „Der Sohn des Meru, er geht eindeutig (weiter) in die Irre.“
