hbj (mit "schlechtem Vogel" und "sterbendem Krieger" determiniert) dürfte zu ḥb "niedergeschlagen sein (o.ä.)" zu stellen sein. Hrsg. S. 143 wollte dies aus logischen Gründen wegen des folgenden, von ihm aktivisch verstandenen ḫf "zerstören" ausschließen, ḫf kann aber ohne weiteres intransitiv-resultativ in der Bedeutung "zerstört sein" gebraucht werden.
