Die sichtbaren Schriftreste nach ḫrw lassen sich möglicherweise als ⸢ḫrw.t⸣ lesen. Grundriss IV.2, 140 ad Bln 190 Anm. 1 hat „vielleicht Feind (und Feindin?)“. J.F. Borghouts, Ancient Egyptian Magical Texts, NISABA 9, Leiden 1978, 46 hat „(a spell) ḫrp pẖr.t bringing medicine“, was durch die Schriftreste jedoch nicht bestätigt werden kann; so auch Westendorf, Handbuch Medizin, 393 Anm. 629. Westendorf, a.a.O. hat nichts übersetzt. Bardinet, Les papyrus médicaux, 434 hat: „pour se saisir [du pilon du mortier?]“ (ohne Transkription und Kommentar).
