  • pH: Fehlt in der 1. Auflage der Textsynopse von Fischer-Elfert (KÄT 156.3); in der 2. Auflage ist die Buchrolle hinter ḫr vergessen. Gardiner, EHT, 30*, Anm. 9 verweist für die Emendierung zu pḥ.wj: "Ende" auf den gleichen Satz in oPetrie 45 = oUC 39644 (= Cerny & Gardiner, HO, I, Tf. 7.2, Zl. 3: moraliserender Text: Sammlung von Verboten; siehe F. Hagen, in: JEA 91, 2005, 152-153). Vgl. infra pAnastasi I, 28.5 = KÄT 156.7, wo ebenfalls pḥ: "ankommen, erreichen" für pḥ.wj: "Ende" steht. Der Satz steht mit der Präposition mj statt m nochmals in der Lehre des Amenemope, 6.19: pḥ nn mj-jḫ: "wie kann es dazu kommen": vgl. Laisney, Aménémopé, 82-83, der bei pḥ als Verb bleibt (pḥ wird ein Infinitiv mit direktem Objekt sein, kein Prospektiv Passiv mit nn als Subjekt). Vernus, Essai sur la conscience de l'Histoire, 29-31 erwägt eine dritte Deutung des Satzes, bei der nn "hier und jetzt" bedeutet: "comment en arriver au moment présent?"
