  • Dieser Einschub des Merire ist sehr ungewöhnlich, weil weder seine Rede noch die mit dem nächsten Satz einsetzende Antwort der Hathor eingeleitet sind. Sollte man mit Kammerzell, S. 983 annehmen, dass es sich bei diesem Satz um einen Teil der Rede der Hathor handelt, mit dem sie, Bezug nehmend auf Merires gleichlautende Bitte in Z. 4,12, ihre Antwort einleitet? Vor j:ḏd könnte etwa aufgrund einer Homophonie und Haplographie ein (r-)ḏd ausgefallen sein, was den hiesigen Satz zu einer indirekten Rede machen würden
