Die kleine rundbogige Felsstele von 43 x 26 cm befindet sich rechts von Eingang des Speos. Sie ist oben abgerundet, darunter befinden sich zwei Udjat-Augen. Im Bildfeld befindet sich eine ausradierte stehende Person (d.i. Hatschepsut), die vor der stehenden Göttin – mit Löwinnenkopf mit Sonnenscheibe darauf, menschlichem Körper und Wadj-Zepter in der Hand – Opfergaben darbringt. Siehe Fakhry, ASAE 39, 716.
