  • sꜥm: Sauneron, Ophiologie, 79, Anm. 2 zu § 51e hält die Drogenbezeichnung von § 49b und 51e für eine undeutlich geschriebene Variante der sꜥm-Pflanze. Ihm folgen Bardinet, Papyrus médicaux, 533 und 534 (mit Fragezeichen) und Stegbauer, in: Janowski/Schwemer, Texte zur Heilkunde (TUAT N.F. 5), 289 und 290 (ohne Fragezeichen). Dagegen vermutet Westendorf, Handbuch Medizin, 258-259 mit Anm. 355 in beiden Rezepten eine Schreibung für die tjꜥm-Pflanze; er hat also vielleicht den Haken über dem Arm nicht als undeutliches 𓊃, sondern als ein 𓏏 interpretiert und eine Lesung *t(j)ꜥm angesetzt.
