  • Der Name sollte, wie durch einen Verweis in Demot. Nb., S. 1 vorgesehen, als Schreibvariante von ipe / ipj (S. 62) erscheinen, fehlt dort aber. In den Korrekturen und Ergänzungen zu S. 1 ist er aufgeführt; entgegen der dortigen Angabe sollte er nicht als eigenständiger Name, sondern weiterhin als Variante ipj behandelt werden; vgl. auch die künstlichen Vokalisierungen Ypy (Vleeming) bzw. Ipy (Cannata) in den jeweiligen Übersetzungen des Leinentuchs.
