  • Cette construction ne peut s’expliquer que par un phénomène de clitique similaire aux constructions A pw dans lesquelles le génitif indirect est reporté derrière la copule. Il pourrait s’agir d’une raison religieuse identique à celle remarquée plus haut qui consiste à éviter de mettre en contact des éléments bénéfiques et maléfiques.

  • Ce théonyme (LGG I, 114 b-c) qui apparaît dans le texte à de nombreuses reprises connaît une foule d’orthographe. Voir les diverses variantes dans Wüthrich, SAT 19. Il désigne généralement Osiris auquel le défunt s’identifie. Il désigne généralement la personne en deuil. Dahms, Pehal, Willems, in JEA 100 (2014), 409, note 75 propose judicieusement qu’il puisse s’agir non pas d’Osiris en train de se lamenter mais du participe passif du verbe "se lamenter" faisant de ce personnage non pas l’élément actif mais passif de cette lamentation. On devrait dans ce cas traduire par "celui qui est pleuré" "the mourned one".
