  • Stadler (204 und Anm. 47) möchte den ganzen Satz als fehlerhaft streichen, da sonst der folgende Satz seinen Sinn verlöre. Die Streichung erübrigt sich jedoch, wenn man "der älteste Sohn" - wie ohnehin allgemein angenommen - auf den Sohn des nach der (ersten) Teilung Verstorbenen und mithin den Enkel des Vaters des letzteren bezieht. Die Verwirrung resultiert aus den oft vagen Verwandtschaftsangaben: Es ist oft nicht sofort klar, auf wen sie sich beziehen.
