Der Name hier geht auf den beschreibenden Text über den acht Göttern (Amd. 412) der NR-Textzeugen zurück: jr.t=sn pj sꜣm ẖꜣ.wt mwt.w m hh n.j r'=sn m ẖr.t hrw "Was sie zu tun haben, ist, die Leichname der Toten durch den Gluthauch ihres Mundes zu verzehren, als tägliche Aufgabe." (Übersetzung von Hornung, ÄA 7.2, 98).
