  • Das Satzende ist umstritten. Wegen der Parallele mit wsḫ sw r šnw.t scheint mḏ sw r šdy.t am wahrscheinlichsten. Quack liest anschließend mḏ als das Adjektiv "tief", was für ein Feld jedoch nicht paßt. Deshalb möchte Fischer-Elfert, in: WdO 28, 1997, 28 mḏ sw r šdy.t mḏ.t / 〈wsḫ〉 sḫ.t ... lesen: "Er ist tiefer als ein tiefer Brunnen. 〈Ausgedehnt〉 ist das Feld ...". In pSaqqara ist der Satz weitestgehend zerstört, aber er scheint bei šdy.t aufzuhören. Posener, in: Cerný, Papyrus hiératiques, 4 liest wie Fischer-Elfert: "il est plus profond qu'un puits profond".
