  • jwꜣ ist logographisch geschrieben. Es könnte also auch jḥ zu transkribieren sein, das sehr oft allein mit dem Rind und dem Ideogrammstrich geschrieben wird. DrogWb, 608 merkt aber an, dass es in den medizinischen Texten keinen Beleg für jḥ in Pleneschreibung gäbe. DrogWb führt Eb 156 und 157 an, wo ꜣjs n jwꜣ genannt wird, und vergleicht es mit deren Varianten Bln 179 und 180 sowie Bt 26, wo statt jwꜣ nur logographisch das Rind steht. Daher liegt die Lesung jwꜣ für das logographisch geschriebene Rind nahe. Bardinets „taureau“ dürfte eine Lesung als kꜣ: „Stier“ wiedergeben. Westendorf übersetzt „Rind“, so dass unsicher ist, ob er jwꜣ oder das allgemeinere jḥ gelesen hat.
