  • Das erste Wort ist vom Hrsg. nicht gelesen worden (er setzt die Lücke bereits hier an); vgl. für andere Belege in dieser Hs. den Index, S. 286. - Die Lesung hwhw (statt hwṱw Hrsg.) hat Quack, AfP 51, 2005, 178 vorgeschlagen (übrigens, ohne den passenderweise vorangehenden "Esel" zu erwähnen). Hrsg. übersetzt Am Schluß als neuer Satz "Er wird ergreifen [...]". Tatsächlich muß das ṱ-Zeichen nicht zwingend auf den Status pronominalis des Infinitivs verweisen; es kann in römerzeitlichen Texten auch anscheinend funktionslos beim sḏm=f stehen (vgl. beim selben Verbum III 8).
