  • rḏi̯ ⸮jm.j-ḫt?: This phrase could refer to the statue itself, the antecedant of the relative adjective being the figure of Amenmose seated before the line of inscription. The word jmy-ḫt, “one who comes after”, which I suggest restoring here, signifies that the statue will act as a representative of Amenmose, a distinct component of his personhood, within the temple (for parallels, see Frood, When statues speak about themselves, in: A. Masson-Berghoff (ed.), Statues in context: production, meaning and (re)uses (British Museum Publications on Egypt and Sudan 10), Leuven/Paris/Bristol, CT 2019).
