    - jṯjṯ: Shorter, in: JEA 22, 1936, 167, Anm. 12 und Fußnote denkt bei jṯjṯ an ein Insekt und vermutet einen Zusammenhang mit dem Verb jṯṯ, daher "a flying or fluttering insect of some sort".
    - ꜥḫy: Shorter, in: JEA 22, 1936, 167, Anm. 12 verweist auf Griffith, in: JEA 13, 1927, 199, der "roasting-birds (?)" übersetzt und daher einen Zusammenhang mit ꜥḫ: "Feuerbecken" erkennt.
