O’Rourke verweist auf Edfu IV, 323.8, wo erwähnt wird, dass Horus durch Öffnen und Schließen seiner Augen den Tag und die Nacht einleiten kann, s. Royal Book of Protection 93 [S]; er erwägt allerdings ebenfalls eine Verbindung zu Thot als Heiler des verletzten Horusauges (ebd.).
