Smith transliteriert das Zeichen am Anfang von Zeile 3 als wḥm. Redford übersetzt "May he repeat", da das Wort nicht als Amtstitel aufzufassen sei (Redford 1997, 27 Anm. 35). Allerdings würde seine Übersetzung ein Suffixpronomen erforderlich machen. Helck liest das Zeichen nicht mit, da es nach seiner Auffassung sekundär angebracht wurde (Helck 1983, 81). Kubisch liest dagegen ḥm "Diener", ohne dieses gegenüber den älteren Lesungen zu kommentieren.
