  • Die Datierung erfolgte aufgrund inhaltlicher Kriterien; siehe Spalinger, in: JNES 37, 1978, 39-41; Klug, Stelen, 215. Redford, Wars, 152 stellt dies jedoch generell infrage, weil es kein explizites Kriterium für die Datierung gibt; er schlägt als Alternative auch Amenhotep II. vor, der nach Angaben der Autobiographie des Minmose (vgl. Urk. IV, 1448.13) ebenfalls Stelen in Syrien-Palästina errichtet hatte.
