    Die Nummer 1251 bezieht sich auf zwei Bruchstücke eines Gefäßes, bei Posener oDeM 1251 I und II genannt. IFAO-Inventarnummern sind 2160 und 2161, Sequesternummern 923 und 961.

    Die Gardiner-Ostraka sind heute im Besitz des Ashmolean Museums in Oxford. Das Ostrakon Gardiner 306 wird dort zwar ebenfalls mit der Nummer Ashm. HO 306 geführt, das Ostrakon selbst wurde aber schon bei der Übergabe der Gardiner-Ostraka an das Museum im Jahr 1970 vermisst, E-Mail von Helen Whitehouse vom 03.04.2008. Daher liegt es nahe anzunehmen, dass es sich heute noch im IFAO befindet, wie Posener, DFIFAO 18, S. 38, Anm. 1, schreibt. In der Datenbank des IFAO ist es aber nicht auffindbar (E-Mail C. Larcher, 26.02.2017), und eine Suche im selben Karton, in dem sich oDeM 1251 I und II befinden, blieb ohne Erfolg (März 2017; für die Möglichkeit, diesen Karton zu durchsuchen, sei C. Larcher herzlich gedankt).

  • Die Handschrift von oTurin 6619 wurde von Gardiner, LESt, S. XIV paläographisch in die 19. oder 20. Dynastie datiert. Laut von Beckerath, S. 107 weisen "Handschrift und Sprache (...) eindeutig in die frühe Ramessidenzeit", wobei er dies nicht weiter einschränkt.
