  • Emendation mit Gardiner. Vielleicht liegt mit dem vermeintlichen t aber auch nur ein schlecht geschriebener hieratischer sitzender Mann vor. Auf pSallier III, der ebenfalls von Pentawer geschrieben wurde, sind jedenfalls sehr abgekürzte Schreibungen für den sitzenden Mann belegt (s. A.J. Spalinger, The Transformation of an Ancient Egyptian Narrative: P.Sallier III and the Battle of Kadesh, Wiesbaden 2002 [GOF IV.40], S. 186-188), sodass eine Emendation unnötig wäre, vgl. auch die von Spalinger erwähnte Reduktion des sitzenden Mannes auf einen Punkt hier in pSallier I, 4,2 bei ky.
