  • Fünf von insgesamt acht Anteilen: Es handelt sich um sieben Geschwister; dem ältesten Sohn steht erbrechtlich ein zweiter Anteil dazu. Zwei der Geschwister sind zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits verstorben, ihre Anteile werden hier im Verhältnis 2 : 1 (vgl. Z. 6 Anfang) auf Amenothes als ältesten Sohn des Erblassers sowie Chonompres als offenbar zweitältesten aufgeteilt. Es erhält also Amenothes 2+1 1/3 Anteile, Chonompres 1+2/3, macht zusammen 5 Anteile. Vgl. die tabellarische Übersicht bei Pestman, Processo di Hermias, 5.
