  • - jr swt gmi̯=k: Laut Grundriß IV/2, 155, Anm. 9 zu Fall 47 müsste hier statt jr swt gmi̯=k eigentlich jr ḏr gmm=k stehen, weil hier der Gedankengang, der mit jr swt gmi̯=k wbnw pf angefangen hat, wieder aufgenommen wird. Sonst hätte Untersuchung 3 zwar eine Diagnose, aber keine Behandlungsangabe. Außerdem leitet swt anderswo Abweichungen vom Bisherigen ein und das ist hier nicht der Fall. (ebenso Westendorf, Handbuch Medizin, 741, Anm. 80). Dann hätte man hier also nicht die 4. Untersuchung. Auch Sanchez/Meltzer, Edwin Smith Papyrus, 288 ordnen diesen Satz noch unter der Untersuchung ein, die mit jr swt gmi̯=k wbnw pf angefangen hat.
