Die Ergänzung am Satzanfang folgt dem 3. Harfnerlied des Neferhotep (R. Hari, La tombe thébaine du père divin Neferhotep (TT 50); Geneve 1985, Tf. 4), allerdings nicht ganz so ausführlich, wie Kákosy/Fábián, Harper's Song, S. 220 annehmen, da dafür der Platz nicht ausreichend erscheint. Auch im hinteren Satzteil wird deutlich, dass bei Djehutimes an dieser Stelle der Text gekürzt wurde.
Die Lesung des letzten Zeichens ist nicht sicher. Es könnte das Suffixpronomen oder der nb-Korb sein, Kákosy/Fábián, Harper's Song, S. 216, Anm. 34.
