    ꜥḥꜣ.wtj: Zu der Übersetzung als "Mann" vgl. Wettengel, S. 29, Anm. 105. Seinem Argument, dass man bei einer Übersetzung mit "Kämpfer" o.ä. als qualifizierendes Adjektiv eher qni̯ erwartet, ist noch hinzuzufügen, dass allein schon der Kontext gegen eine derartige militärische Übersetzung spricht. Th. Schneider; in: Ä&L 18, 2008, S. 318 sah dagegen in ꜥḥꜣ.wtj nfr eine Übertragung des ugaritischen Epithetons aliy qrdm, "strongest of fighters", das Baal in einem Mythos trägt, der inhaltliche Parallelen zum Zweibrüdermärchen aufweist.
